Jaime Rowlette had proudly called the Brainerd Lakes Area home since 2007 after moving from Bemidji. Having spent summers growing up on the Whitefish Chain, Jaime feels fortunate to live and work in a place where others vacation. Jaime and his wife, Shana, along with their three children, Anna, Emily, Ryan, two Springer Spaniels, Cotton and Swift live on Lower Cullen in Nisswa. Jaime began his career in the mortgage industry in 2011, specializing in helping self-employed borrowers and clients with unique financial situations. Early on he noticed that many lenders simply declined applications without taking the time to ask questions or fully understand a client’s circumstances. Jaime saw that as an opportunity to truly help people. By listening carefully and digging deeper, Jaime discovered that many “no” answers given by others were actually a “yes”. When clients weren’t quite ready yet, he worked alongside them to create a game plan to help make homeownership a possibility in the future. His mission is simple: provide an outstanding customer experience through clear communication, honest guidance, and lifelong relationships. Jaime keeps clients informed every step of the way throughout the loan process. After closing, Jaime stays connected with market updates, refinancing opportunities and sometimes just to check in and see how the family is doing. His goal is to be your “lender for life”. Jaime is very active in the community. Some of those activities include Sertoma, Lakes Area Heroes, Living Savior, Lake Region Christian School Foundation, Mid Minnesota Builders Association, etc. Construction loans are Jaime's favorite part of the business. He enjoys helping clients bring their dream homes to life, from purchasing land and designing plans to watching the build come together and seeing the look on their faces when the project is completed.
